In May 1996, the company began its operation as a pioneer program ditributortargeted on the first CS TV broadcasting in Japan. Then the company was merged with another company, S.B.C., which was establishedin 1991 engaging in sports management, event organizing and coordination. Around the same time, the company officially joined hands with its associate, BrightOne, which organized musical events with Japanese music as core both in Japan andoverseas. Thus the company began expanding in its event related activities. |
