沿革
1996年5月、日本で初のデジタル衛星放送、パーフェクＴＶの海外番組専門チャンネル - Channel WE（ワールドエンターテイメント）の番組供給会社としてスタート。
1991年に発足した、スポーツマネジメント・イベント企画・コーディネーションの会社、S. B. C.（エスビーシー）を吸収合併した。
BACKGROUND
In May 1996, the company began its operation as a pioneer program ditributortargeted on the first CS TV broadcasting in Japan.
Then the company was merged with another company, S.B.C., which was established in 1991 engaging in sports management, event organizing and coordination.
